§ 1. General Provisions
These terms define the rules for using the portal Bali Turistic (bali.turistic.online) — a tourist guide to Bali. The portal lists accommodations, restaurants, tourist attractions, beaches and temples across the Island of the Gods.
The portal is owned and operated by UJAREK (Jaroslaw Borowski, VAT ID PL8392518338, contact: kontakt@ujarek.com).
§ 2. Purpose and Scope of Services
Bali Turistic is a free, publicly accessible information service. It presents:
- catalogue of accommodation on Bali (hotels, villas, guest houses, homestays, resorts);
- information about restaurants, warungs, cafes and beach clubs;
- descriptions of tourist attractions, temples, beaches and rice terraces;
- practical advice (currency, visa, transport, Balinese culture);
- option for property owners to claim their own venue profile.
The portal does not mediate bookings — contact with the venue is made directly via the provided contact details (phone, email, website).
§ 3. Venue Profile Claim
Accommodation owners may claim their venue profile by clicking "Is this your venue?" on the listing page. After administrative verification, the owner gains access to profile management (photos, description, contact data, prices).
Claiming is free. The portal also offers paid premium packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) with additional features (highlighting, more photos, priority in results).
§ 4. Liability
The portal makes every effort to keep published information current and accurate. Ultimate responsibility for profile content (description, photos, prices, availability) rests with the venue owner.
The portal is not responsible for the quality of venue services, their availability, or price changes. It is not a party to transactions between tourists and accommodation venues.
§ 5. Copyright
Venue photos come from their owners (when claimed) or from open sources (Wikimedia Commons, OpenStreetMap, editorial). Authorship is noted in photo metadata. Reuse of portal content requires written consent.
§ 6. Complaints and Contact
All comments, corrections or complaints should be sent to kontakt@ujarek.com. We respond within 14 working days.
§ 7. Final Provisions
The terms may be changed at any time. The current version is always available at bali.turistic.online/en/regulamin. Changes take effect on the date of publication.
In matters not regulated by these terms, Polish law and relevant international law apply.
