📍 Bunga Mekar, Nusa Penida
Kelingking Beach is possibly the most iconic view in all of Indonesia — a dramatic cliff resembling a T-Rex head jutting into brilliant turquoise water, with a white sand beach 200m below. The viewpoint is easily accessible.
The descent to the beach takes 45-60 minutes down a steep, sometimes slippery bamboo and rope trail (only for the sure-footed and fit). The beach itself is stunning but has strong currents — swimming can be dangerous. Photography from the viewpoint alone is worth the trip.
